St Patrick’s Day - ish

Don’t do a lot of food porn but thought this was worth a snap. Corned beef and cabbage for Sunday dinner today. We both love it and eat it every so often; not just in honor of the Saint who cleared the snakes from Ireland so people could make Guinness without danger.
