Cardamom Bread
The kitchen smells wonderfully aromatic. My first try at making cardamom bread and it turned out really well. Every time I pass the kitchen I find myself tearing off a chunk and wondering why I have never made it before.
I am gearing up to hand in my Graded Unit next Monday - 20 seascapes - and evaluating my progress is proving a little challenging. The right words always seem to take their time to surface and a new cookery book - The Hummingbird Bakery - has proved very distracting. Still it's the holidays soon and I will be heading south to see my family - which makes me very happy :)
