Life through my eyes

No progress

What would have been a lovely afternoon in the garden wasn't.  About 11:30, I checked if Mr T was ok on the toilet front before I went to hang bedding on the line.  In the space of 5 minutes changed from OK to not OK. On transferring him to the bathroom he wobbled and fell back (I caught him and eased him to the floor), somehow managed to get him sorted out but then he couldn't get up and I couldn't lift him so as I've been told to do it was a 999 call.  He was lying on his front and squishing his chest and abdomen so I got a neighbour to try and help.  We both called 999 back as he was sick and then really started to find it hard to breathe.  He was there for three hours and each call took about 5 minutes to actually get through to the ambulance service.

The paramedics, as always, were amazing, got him up and were a bit worried about his heart rate, and it was a red flag so they needed to stay a while.  They rang the GP and arranged for antibiotics and then stayed with him while I took a sample to the GP and got the antibiotics.  He's been asleep mostly since they got him into bed.

The pots had arrived this morning, the sun was shine in the photinia was destined for a pot.  Not to be, so instead you have a Blip of the plant and the pot!
