Today we went I do the Yorkshire dales for another lovely walk. Parked in Malham and walked to Malham Cove, then over the top and along the ridge and down to Goredale Scar. This was a new area for us and was so interesting. Walked back to Malham via Janet’s Floss waterfall. Apparently Floss is an old word for waterfall and Janet was the queen of the fairies who lived in a cave behind the waterfall :). This was quite a tiring walk as it went up the hillside quite a way but was so worthwhile.
