Contentment

Our first full day at home, plenty to wash but also an opportunity to relax after all of the travel yesterday.

The weather was magnificent, clear blue skies all day. For the first time this year we were able to use the conservatory without using the heaters. As it is east facing we don’t get a lot of sun during the winter. Certainly Fleur enjoyed the sunshine as well as our company after a week at home by herself. We are really fortunate to have great neighbours who pop in twice today to feed and check on her rather than having to put her in a cattery.

I quickly checked work emails and then decided I could take another couple of days off before returning to work.
