Right Up My Street

An exhibition of wedding dresses on show at St Nicholas's Cathedral in Newcastle.  My cousin's wife told me about the exhibition so I visited it today with my sister and her friend.  The exhibition was free and there were about 40 different dresses dating from the 1880's to the 2000's.  The dress in the middle of the upper row of my collage is a toile (early version in a cheaper fabric) of Princess Margaret's wedding dress.
