Hockey Night

Today was one of those days! I had a few shots in mind, first up was perfect, no parked cars not no stray people but oh hell battery next to no charge.

I trudged back to the car not at all pleased but i had promised to take a shot of the twins playing hockey and so the camera was switched off and stayed off until ice time.

Mimi was shattered she had been at a sleepover at her friends last night however I don't think the sleep actually figured in the itinerary, she was pale and sleeping in the back of the car when I met up with them at the arena.

Fraser fresh from his escapades was raring to go dying to get back into action and off we went, getting their hockey kit on is like a military exercise but dad has it down to a fine art! kitted up taped up and given instructions about the photo the took to the ice and promptly cocked a snook at dads instructions

Eventually I got this as they warmed up not the most gracious pose but it is them, happy and ready for play.

Fraser and Mimi's Blip debut as a double act... NHL watch out!!!
