Honister Pass

No 2 son didn't fancy another walk today so we decided to go north and put his EV through its paces on some of the hilly roads.  First stop the new cafe at Bassenthwaite Lake Station.  Great place with a great range of delicious cakes.

From here to the Lakes Distillery where we had lunch.  After this we drove to Crummock Water, Buttermere and over the Honister Pass to Borrowdale.   We stopped at Castlerigg Stone Circle and then home.  The car performed well and is now charging up ready for his journey south tomorrow.
