Long day in front of pc.

I've managed to renegotiate some of our funding. The benefit of deciding we'd go heavy on data means we've been able, quite early, to say "this works better than that" and swap funds around accordingly, no more money, but a better use of it. Did mean a lot of reorganising the diaries, website etc.

Then another grant application sent off, no answers till June, but fingers crossed.

Finished the day being offered free transport for participants once a month... Some of the people on our walks haven't left their town for years, they live in Cumbria but have never visited the Lake District, this will potentially let us address that , give them some special memories.
