Here's Bethan pulling a smile, rare as she normally is too busy laughing. Today was nice, Bethan came over around 3 after meeting Dean bean to get a bag before she came round, we then smoked some bifty, and caught up, she's doing well which i'm pleased about :)

Bex is coming round tomorrow I think which'll be nice i'm sure to see her again. I am in such a limbo about everything, though I dont feel sad which is the main thing, I am not relapsing despite last night's vivid dream which woke me in a sweat, I finally feel stable, content with things how they are, I feel carefree, and unattatched, I am happy, at last.
