I missed getting photos of this yesterday because I was out of town most of the day. I had to drive by this strip today so decided to stop for a few photos, even though much of the ice had melted. This is a stretch of road that borders on a lake. With the wind on Sunday, and it being so cold, any of the moisture blown on shore froze quickly. The trees, rocks, grass and benches were covered in ice.
A damp morning so I put off my walk till after lunch. A new client from last fall wanted me to stop at his place once a week all winter and keep any branches/twigs that blow off the trees picked up, so that was the first stop this afternoon. Then drove to Sullivan's Pond, but not many ducks there today so I didn't stop. I came back to Morash Park to get some photos of the mandarin duck and his girlfriend. Then home for the rest of the day. Making sure that I have all the needed paperwork for a merchandising job tomorrow. It will be the last cosmetic reline for this year for me, thank goodness.
