Lucky duck

Yesterday i was tidying up in preparation for today's house viewing when i came across this from the Lucky duck shop in Whitby. Hopefully it's working it's magic as a 2nd viewing has been arranged for tomorrow with a very keen potential buyer. I daren't get my hopes up but....!
