The long view

An interesting motorcycle ride today, had a slow puncture or so I thought and had to limp into Murchison to get some air, Reefton was to be the lunch venue. It was quite soft and was tracking on the road repairs so to have a chance of getting home I over inflated a bit to have a chance of getting home and it never lost anymore.
I think running over a bit of wood dislodged the bead and it was weeping so re-inflating reset it but I shall monitor the pressure through the week.

The Blip is from the top of Spooners Hill looking out towards Richmond and Nelson and across Tasman Bay towards D'Urville Island probably some 80 kms which is why it's a little hazy.
