Not had an opportunity.....

.....to take anything else today so you have what I cooked for our lunch!!  Using up a few potatoes, some vegetables and some eggs I made a frittata and we had it with a slice of bacon.  Jolly good it was too!  Wet most of the day though has finally stopped raining now.  Still ploughing through the washing and subsequent ironing.
