Boring day. Trip to the hospital, which was a waste of time really, but someone was doing there job right, so fair enough.

Plucked up courage to ask how long the waiting list is for the surgery I’m due, I have waited 53 weeks. They are just booking people who have waited 90+ weeks. So I said I’m ok for a holiday in the next couple of
months then? Well …. No. Two declines of an appointment and you’re off the list. I said I wouldn’t decline, but there’s still at least 9 months wait? Yes. She said. But, they might speed up.

Right.

Think I might take my chances.
