Are you looking at me?

This carving is in the gardens at Cragside which we visited this morning. It was a difficult downhill walk along slippery steps and when we made it to the bottom, it started to rain.
We continued our walk whilst the rain was still light and finished up at the café for refreshments before returning to Fram for lunch.
No room at The Running Fox so decided to go to a remote hostelry not too far from our village. Almost there and found the rest of the road closed to traffic. Turned around and went back to Fram and lunched in The Village Inn - I had the small fish and chips and I’m still stuffed - it’s just gone 8pm!
Spent the afternoon at home drinking copious amounts of tea.
