‘Shadows at Dusk’
The weather had been grey and dull all day. So no shadows - it looked like I was going to have to make my own!
Late this afternoon I went for another longer run on the prom along the Firth of Forth from Cramond heading east. At the halfway point, heading back, a gap in the clouds began to appear on the horizon, revealing - at first tentatively - the setting sun.
I love the little details - the figure (and dog) on the sandbar, the three Forth Bridges and the Fife coast, the reflections - and the shadows falling from the clouds into the sea!
