Friendly pheasant

We went over to Hathersage, for a celebratory birthday bimble with our friends in Sheffield. Got rather wet in the afternoon but a few drinks and early dinner in the Plough were very welcome. Never been approached by a pheasant in search of food before. Very tame and very entertaining!
