Bandura

This is a Ukrainian Bandura. My husband bought it in the 1990s when he worked in Kyiv. Goodness knows how he got it home (I didn’t know him then) as it’s big and heavy. For the last 13 years it has just been propped up ornamentally in our house. But soon, someone is going to play it as we have a bandura-playing Ukrainian refugee from Kyiv coming to live with us!
