Deep pink

Stunning colour! These hyacinths are in a public flower bed in town.

Tried to take a day off work but it didn’t quite happen. Finally got to meet friend J for a few hours this afternoon. After a de-stressing coffee, we braved the rain and had a pootle around the shops.

This evening, daughter J dropped a fully loaded plate of chilli on top of 3 TV remotes and a pile of (my) paperwork on the coffee table. I think we will be picking kidney beans out of the long pile rug for some time to come!
