No Post Processing needed

I t was lovely driving into town today to see that a lot of the mountains of flood damaged belongings were finally removed...that was until I got to Prince street.
It hard to think especially on this clear and sunny day that these houses were completely underwater and in the middle of a raging river ....they are drying out but will be inhabitable for months to come.
I am not going to talk about our plonker of a PM and the arsehole thing he did.......it has been rectified now because the people stood up and called him on it.
Its hard not to get involved and a bit angry about stuff when I drive around our lovely town and here that some of Flynnns friends lost everything and a few are traumatized.

It is also hard to feel into what is happening to the Ukraine when devastation is so close to home right now and still worried about friends and knowing that folk are still missing. Some are discounting the loss and trauma that folk are feeling here comparing it to the Ukraine....loss and trauma is loss and trauma .....what the f**k is happening?

So now there is the good and bad going on...there are the amazing folk helping and then there are the scammers and looters. Now we have heard that there are some nasties going around finding cattle and horses and selling them on a pop up website for profit. I dunno.
Sorry about the rant.

Anyway I come home and those gorgeous little finches have done a great job on their nest...they are so very busy...we are excited knowing that there will be eggs and babies. Flynn has been giving me extra huge cuddles the last few days.
