Outside, looking in….

I had a shorter walk this morning, in brilliant sunshine, blue skies, yet with a biting blustery wind.
Yesterday wasn’t a good day.
We had heard the awful news 24 hours previously of someone’s 23 year old son being found dead in the snow. He was an exchange student at a Canadian University.
The swilling down rain and cold just matched the mood.
Life is cruel sometimes, and recent events just bear that out.
I just pray for his family that there will be close friends to walk alongside them in their grief. It takes time.
