A busy evening

This is Pollokshaws Burgh Hall, an A listed building and the present home of the Glasgow Southern Art Club where we are just about to begin our evening meeting.
It is also the present home of the only functioning Wurlitzer theatre pipe organ in Scotland which had originally been installed in the Ritz cinema in Stockport. It was then transferred to Clydebank Town Hall in September 1998 and due to damage from flooding was moved to the Burgh Hall in 2007. At that time I had an electrician working in the house who was a real fan and heavily involved in its installation. Personally, although there are many who appreciate, it I’ve never really enjoyed that kind of music.
