Low tide and the Moon

Unfortunately, had to have a sick day today after a Crohn's flare up this morning. It does make me feel sad because my Crohn's is well controlled these days but occasionally it does like to surprise me! Luckily my husband was off work today as he has been working too many hours so he was able to look after me and make sure I wasn't too disheartened. He even completed some house DIY jobs in between my sleeps!
