too hot to handle

Thanks for all the hearts and stars and congratulations for my 3000th blip. Somehow this occasion has totally crept up on me.

WFH. Lunchtime walk in the cemetery to check the six-legged wildlife. It's a little busier, some flies, bees and the first hoverflies I have seen this year. Apparently flies produce these bubbles of saliva to cool down. As some of the fluid evaporates it cools down and the fly can ingest the colder liquid to cool down. Pretty clever.
