House hunting

We went to view a (very lovely) house today.  It's in this picture somewhere :)  Unfortunately we'd need to have our flat on the market already to be in with any chance of buying it, and we're not quite at that stage yet, so that's that.  But it was lovely.

We came back to the apartment for a cuppa afterwards, then drove back over to the same area and walked up to the Cairn - another Ilfracombe hill with great views over the town, the sea, and the hills.  It was rather misty, so the views weren't perhaps as great as they could be, but still pretty impressive.  Looking forward to going up there for sunset views at some point.  And for the bluebells - I reckon we were just a couple of weeks early, as all the leaves were there, absolutely carpeting the woodland, but no flowers yet.  Must be stunning in full bloom.

After another return to the apartment and another cuppa, we popped out again for a walk and a look (from the outside) at another couple of houses we've seen come up for sale. 

I cooked us another curry for dinner tonight, and we had another relaxing evening.
