Intentional bicycle movement

On my way back from seeing a friend off to London,
after finally sending two Lasting Power of Attorney applications off to the Office of the Public Guardian (doesn't that name sound misleadingly like the state cares about us?),
after a good sunshiney walk along the river with two friends.
