Cycle Party

Debbie and I were walking downtown for dinner. We had only made it about a block when we spied this cycle coming down the street. It is basically a wagon that is propelled by people sitting sideways and peddling. The liquor laws in Texas forbid them from "selling" beer or dispensing it. Each party can bring their own and have someone act as the bartender and/or the party can ride from bar to bar. I have not experienced these parties first hand yet.
