Piering into the gloom

Bright start but the worst day of the week.
L and I wandered around Saltburn while C swam. Then the three of us walked to Redcar. Luna chasing birds on the beach.
C goes into a shop and then the shop assistants usually invite Luna (and, by association, me) into the shop.

Loons loves the beaches. And stealing other dogs’ balls. (Yeah yeah). I either try to give the owner a matching ball from the assortment that I have taken to carrying, or try to nonchalantly ignore her until she loses interest and drops it. If she senses that you are at all interested in the stolen property, its value rises and it will never be given up.
