Didn't expect this.

Something wasn't right walking up twice overnight with a headache getting progressively worse.

When the alarm went off I'd already been laying awake feeling awful trying to decide if I could work or not.

The decision was made quite quickly, it wasn't happening today. I've spent the day in bed feeling horrible but, as I write this, I've eaten some toast and kept a cup of tea inside and feel improved.

I'm very lucky that I can look out of the lounge window at the above view.
