She's proud of her church hoodie. That's why she sent me the photo with her proud little face. She's OK with the fact people think it's weird. She was very pleased some of her friends are understanding of it. She was really pleased when someone from the year above came and told her that she was brave to wear what she believed in like that. She says it also makes her feel close to people back home and she knows mama did all the design work for them (most of which you can't see!)
