... photo of Sydney Harbour Bridge posted today. Celebrations are underway for the old Coat Hanger's 90th birthday.

I was disappointed not to see the Aboriginal flag flying on top of the bridge today. There are only two flagpoles on the bridge, usually flying the Australian flag and the NSW flag. On 19 significant days of the year the Aboriginal flag replaces the NSW flag. So we need a third flagpole, the idea of which has been discussed for some time.

The current and newish Premier of NSW said he wants the third flagpole installed as soon as possible and the Aboriginal flag to fly all the time. Maybe when he comes back from leave.
