So far, so good, no further

Today i accompanied daughter J to piCk up a City Hop 'cargo van', and then head north to Warkworth to collect this sofa bed. She had been the successful purchaser in an on-line sale. These are really very useful items of furniture, providing both a very comfortable sofa, and a more than adequate bed for a guest.

Due to me wanting to collect a couple of things from Fidelis, and then taking longer, we were a little later than intended and I was left to try and get the sofa into her house while she returned the van. With a little ingenuity and a lot of effort, I managed to get it from the side of the road all the way down the right of way to on the grass about 3.5 m from her door.

No further was possible without her aid. So I waited for her return, and we quite readily got it inside.

All in all a tiring day.
