Hydro Jug

Having enough water is so important to having a healthy body. I know I'm guilty of not drinking enough water. Often it's because when I go out, I don't want to ask for refills or I forget my water bottle and don't want to buy a plastic bottle. When I'm home, I'm too lazy. So a few months ago I bought a 2.2 litre bottle from Hydro Jug. They sell bottles, straws and sleeves for a decent price. I bought one so that I had the visual amount of water I need to drink in front of me. So as long as I finish one bottle a day, I'm fine. I don't need to worry about asking for refills when I'm out. I also have a black one I use for more day to day use.
