THE BACK END OF BOATS
To Oban today to deliver a session for North Argyll Carers Centre. Lovely warm group of people, renewal of friendships, superb cream tea and of course the spectacular train journeys through the mist. Loch Awe at dusk looked like more like a Walter Scott inspired Victorian landscape than was natural - pastiche on pastiche. Nothing taken from the train worked, so I leave you with this stern image instead.
The train journey home was memorable not only for the scenery. 3G was out of range coming through the Pass of Brander - as it came back up approaching Tyndrum, I picked up news of the arrival of my lovely new red haired great nephew - take a peek at the bonny lad here.
