Daffs

Cried myself to sleep last night.  There have been tears as well today.

Managed to go for a power ramble.  Fresh air and sun.  No tears = bonus!

Came back and switched on the rugby, Italy beating Wales right at the death gave me a laugh.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A good power ramble
2.  Sea Bass and herb potato tea
