The Romance of Train Travel

Shinkansen - the ONLY way to travel over land. More legroom than you can use, clean bathrooms bigger than some apartments, recycling and first aid areas in every car, pay phones, vending machines as well as refreshments sold by attendants (a bit like cabin crew on flights) and ticket inspectors who bow as they enter and leave each car. All this in addition to being punctual and at 300km/h super speedy. Oh, and there was somewhere for me to charge my phone :))

The journey back from Yokohama was stress free, I managed to get great pictures of Fuji-san and now I'm happy to be home to the woofer. Happy weekend Blippers!

If you board the wrong train, it is no use running along the corridor in the other direction.
