The Kitten and the Goat

 I didn't bother to test today. I was supposed to be orienteering and helping on Enquiries but  a) I didn't think I was physically up to it and  b) it didn't seem very public spirited to man enquires when I've  been testing +ve all week.   Instead I caught up with lots of jobs in Kendal, wearing my mask and , exhausted , napped all afternoon.  Finally tracked down this wonderful little knitting shop , bought some needles and promised to come back. Many are telling me to take it easy to avoid risk of Long Covid from exerting myself too early. Son M said it took him a month before he felt up to attempting his normal exercise  regime.  That made me feel better about the napping
