On the boardwalk

Another lovely sunny day. We went To Foulshaw Moss Nature Reserve this morning. The ospreys aren’t back yet but it shouldn’t be long now. We were also hoping to spot a lizard which like to bask on the edges of the boardwalk when it’s warm - maybe it wasn’t quite warm enough today. We did see a lot of frogspawn in a huge mass and one frog half hidden by vegetation, croaking away. It was an excellent trip. We had an even longer walk this afternoon around Eaves Wood.
