Floral froth

Woke at 5 - too early.  So listened to 4extra to drift off back to sleep.  Up just before 9.  Coffee and croissant breakfast.  
Put yesterday evening's washing on the line as its a sunny and breezy day.   I've seen recommendations to keep energy bills down by putting the washing machine on between 10pm and 5am.  But also not to leave the machine unattended by going to bed. So I put the machine on at 9.40pm for a 39 minute cycle to save a bit. 
Made black bean & veggie lasagna for tonight and tomorrow's dinner.  Gives me time for whatever I want on Sunday.
The light was illuminating the blossom just round the corner when walking the hound.

Putin's military chief has been arrested on grounds of the invasion being mismanaged.  The Russian Central Bank head has resigned stating invading Ukraine has plunged the economy into a 'sewer' and warning of an imminent 70% inflation hike.  Not looking good for mr p.
