Second sitting?

What a lovely day to wake up to. My self imposed task in the garden today was to sort the mess! There is an area behind the kitchen which gets next to no sun and it's very useful for dumping things in. Today I decided to sort it out, dump the junk and sweep out the rest. In the process I also finished emptying three potato sacks /crates , collecting 2.5kg of bonus potatoes. The front garden benefitted from some of the compost and the iris bed the rest. My blip shows the finished result. My extra the bonus potatoes.
As you can see in the blip, one of the potatoes I missed in a sack has put up another plant. I'll have a look at that in a wee while and see what has come of it.
I sat in the sun admiring my work with a cup of tea and a bacon roll.
After lunch Ali phoned and I met her at Hermiston Gait. She and Josie ran, I drove!
I went back home with them for a cup of tea then headed back home. Comfort food this evening, Spaghetti Carbonara.
Josie had broccoli lollipop for lunch and chopped tomato for tea! She's getting the hang of this eating lark, if only she had some teeth! Fortunately she's a lady of style and enjoys wearing her food too.
