Calmness

Woke up early this morning and Mrs R decided she was going on an early morning walk...
So would I join her or stay in bed?

Walk won and I'm glad it did.

We headed up to the Loch in the Dundas Estate and it was a wonderful start to the day.

The middle was a swim at Threipmuir (temperature is slowly rising!!)

And the end was enjoying watching the French win the Grand Slam.

A good day indeed!!
