Boiler Chimney

Luton & Dunstable Hospital is undergoing redevelopment and not before time. It is still chaotic but the recent addition of a multi storey car park has removed time taken to find a parking spot. I was there this afternoon to photograph a perfect baby and her family. I noticed this enormous chimney on a previous visit and wondered what it was for - the engineer of the Household says it's the chimney for the boilers.

'Household engineer' tested positive for covid yesterday but is just a bit more sluggish than normal; I expect to follow in a few days but as we'll all get it sooner or later, now is as good a time as any.
