Windflower... lovely to see these have come up and are in flower once more.  such pretty little spring friends.
It has been a beautifully sunny day, warm and spring like but the wind did kick up for a while.  
 My back is being slow to recover.. really dull and debilitating but I am making good use of the sitting time I require between the up and about time I can manage.
Great rugby... well done Italy for winning their first 6 nations match in 7 years... bad luck Wales it was just one point so not too shameful.  Congratulations to France for the Grand Slam.  That's it for another year.. it has been another gripping tournament
