Harden Moor Stone Circle

Apparently the experts say this is more accurately a Bronze Age ring cairn. When we first moved to the area it was quite tricky to find the circle, overgrown as it was by heather, on the top of the moor above our house, but in more recent years a path has formed going by it and the undergrowth cleared somewhat. I made the most of the first real sunshine this morning to take a circular walk on the moor, much more preferable to cleaning the bathroom!
