garden bathing

Today's forecast was for sunny skies and warm temps. So we planned on catching some rays at the beach this afternoon. But the sun was busy dodging clouds all day, and the warm temps felt cooler due to a strong breeze so we skipped the beach. Instead hubby bundled up and I pushed him in his wheelchair around the neighborhood to see all the beautiful gardens. I was plenty warm doing the pushing! I know there is such a thing as forest bathing, but I think garden bathing rates right up there.
