Fat Bloke in Lycra

awoken by the good lady wifey as she bustled round the room to take Becky shopping. I looked out of the window and couldn't believe my eyes - bright sunshine , blue skies and NO wind - time to begin my training in earnest now as summer has arrived!!!!
A lovely if not difficult hours ride of over 16miles - not bad time for only my second and yes longest ride of the year (pretty poor so far) - what a joy to ride in good weather - I'm really hoping for more.

Joe delivered to the bus station - he's off to Cambridge for who knows what jolly japes an 18 year old gets up to - probably a girlie me thinks.

Hanny and Becks with 2 friends are also dumped a little later at the bus station, they are also going into the metropolis that is Cambridge for a swim in their pool.

Wife away judging Gymnastics all day that just leaves me to shower ate and do my blip - then I'm away to Flitwick to watch some of my students take their karate shodan (black belt) gradings
