Philly Cheesesteak Twist

Tried a new recipe tonight and it turned out pretty good. A little board and waiting for a remanufactured engine for my truck to be built and delivered but in the meantime, I'll have to find some other things to keep me busy besides cooking or I'll be in trouble.
