At the country auction sale

A country auction sale, near Ledbury, with all manner of things for sale, and all attention on the auctioneers processing slowly along the sale lots, on the back of a 4x4 pickup.
I've never been to one of these sales before, and it would have made a great little picture story, if I was a bit more switched on. But sometimes it's good to just look instead of trying to photograph everything. Take in the scene, take in the moment, and return another time to shoot pics.
A van at the sale also did the best sausage and egg roll I've ever had, which I could enjoy without fear of drips of brown sauce hitting my cameras, a bonus of travelling light...
