Cheesecake

First one I’ve made in ages. Years ago, I made and sold them to individuals, 2 restaurants, and a corporation or two. I burned my boys and their friends out on cheese cakes bc they were my Guinea pigs for new flavors. This is lemon, Johnny’s favorite. I experimented and did a shortbread cookie crust with a little bit of graham cracker crumbs, pecans, and black walnuts. Johnny loved it. Unfortunately, so did I. :—)
